Persons between the ages of 15 and 17 1/2
are required to take Driver's Ed. in order to be able to take their DMV
written test and get their instruction permit. Most high schools in
the state of California are no longer offering Driver Ed. leaving you
with basically two options:
1) You may attend a boring four day class consisting of a grueling 30 hours, or...
2) You may do all your work
at home. As an authorized affiliate of PEN's Driver Ed. &
Drug & Alcohol Awareness Course, you can enroll into PEN's booklet
or on-line course directly
through us. This option is particularly appealing for teens that just
don't have the time to spend on a 30 hour course. You can work at your
own pace and you have up to 30 days to complete the course. Upon
successful completion of the course, PEN will mail you a Driver's Ed.
Completion Certificate which you can take to the DMV to take your written
test and get your learner's permit.
