TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR  PEGASUS DRIVING SCHOOL IN GRAYS

Grays based Pegasus Driving School have made our full terms and conditions available for anyone wanting to book driving lessons with us. We are an established driving school with fully qualified DVSA instructors, providing learner-focused driving lessons.

LEARN TO DRIVE WITH CONFIDENCE

When paying your instructor in cash, please ensure you receive a receipt and keep a record of the lessons you have completed.

All students must bring their UK provisional licence to every lesson without exception.

It is a legal obligation to disclose any driving ban to your instructor during your first lesson.

Pegasus Driving School is not responsible for any payments made to franchised instructors; these transactions are solely between the student and the franchised instructor.

A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel a lesson. Failure to do so may result in a charge for the cancelled lesson. To cancel or reschedule, please contact your instructor directly to avoid any inconvenience.

Your Pegasus Driving School instructor may withdraw their vehicle from your driving test if they deem you unprepared. In such cases, you will receive at least 5 working days' notice, assuming your request was not made within 5 working days of the test.

Pegasus Driving School is not liable for cancellations due to vehicle mechanical failures.

Pegasus Driving School enforces a strict no-smoking policy.

Instructors at Pegasus Driving School follow an equal opportunity policy and do not discriminate based on race, colour, creed, gender, sexual orientation, etc.

Block-booked lessons must be completed within 6 months of the first recorded lesson. It is the responsibility of both you and your instructor to maintain a record of your lessons.

Losing your progress log means losing the record of your past lessons and current progress. Please store it safely.

Block booking refunds are only available if no hours have been used. If you are unsure about your future driving lessons, we recommend paying on a pay-as-you-go basis.

For complaints, first address the issue with your Pegasus Driving School instructor. If unresolved, contact us in writing at: team@pegasusdriving.com.

The office manager will respond during business hours (9 am - 5 pm, Monday to Friday).

For urgent complaints, call the office at 074 6262 7171. We may also request an email to avoid any misunderstandings.

If your complaint concerns test preparation, please inform us beforehand so we can assist you in achieving the best possible outcome on your first attempt.

Do not wait until after your test to raise concerns regarding your test preparation.
